It was 2007 and I found myself attending my very first aerial class in New York City. I was excited and downright terrified. It was beautiful, invigorating and oh so challenging. From day one, I was hooked.

After a few years of disciplined training, along with my ballet background to back it up, I began booking jobs performing as a professional aerialist. I quit my job teaching Pilates and jumped into the 'suitcase life'. I traveled, performed and lived what I thought was my dream.

Shortly, I realized I had gotten myself into a terrible, non-authentic relationship. I had never been more stressed, frightened and worried and to top it off, found myself thousands of dollars in debt. This so-called dream of mine... needed a makeover.

I gained enough courage, left that detrimental relationship and moved to Los Angeles.

I got a desk job selling memberships at the swankiest gym in town! It was a fresh start, but I knew I had more to offer than making phone calls and selling memberships, ALL for someone else to get rich!

In the summer of 2012, I quit that sedentary desk job, met my future husband and began my company Aerial Physique. I started teaching classes in the corner of a small Pilates studio with an eleven foot ceiling and only a handful of clients. 

There was a mental shift and it took courage to dream big and I soon realized, humble beginnings can quickly take a turn for the best! Within a few dedicated years, I had full classes, books available to the world, a booming teacher training course, my first world tour. I was happily living out my dream and making money while I slept. Say it with me, you gotta have GOALS !!

Flash forward to 2020. Aerial Physique is the leader in the aerial industry and a globally known brand.
