I started my company Aerial Physique back in 2012 with an idea and courage. I was thousands of dollars in debt, feeling lost, my performance contract ended, I had recently left an inauthentic relationship and had no clear plan. I put up two silks in the corner of a Pilates studio and made the most of it. Flash forward to today, Aerial Physique is a thriving business and globally known brand that exists to touch hearts and serve aerialists around the world through our online education, classes and teacher training programs.
So how did I go from lost and broke to aligned and thriving?
I focused on my mindset and became obsessed with all things business & marketing.
