Frequently Asked Questions

When does registration open? Registration opens for a limited time starting Wednesday, August 31st at 6am PST and closes on Thursday, September 8th at 8pm PST -or- when course capacity is reached, whichever comes first. 

Once I register how long do I have access to the course? Once you register the content available in for you even after you complete the course. You can access it at any time for years to come.

How much is the course? The course is a single payment of $997 USD or 3 monthly payments of $350. The early bird rate of $897 will end on Friday, Sept. 2nd @ 6pm PST.

When are the 2nd and 3rd payment due if I chose that option? If you go with the payment plan the remaining payments will be due 1 month and 2 months after your initial enrollment date. 

So how does it work? Upon registering you'll gain access to your course library where you'll be greeted with a welcome video and downloadable welcome packet to prepare for the course. All modules will be released into your course library on September 14th. Included with each module is a pre-recorded video that explains what the module is about, a podcast-style audio download & transcript along with an action sheet that gives you step-by-step instructions with specific actions to take. We'll meet on Saturdays at 9am pacific time on the following dates: Sept. 17th, Sept. 24th, Oct 1st, Oct. 15th, Oct. 29th, Nov. 12th, Nov. 26th, Dec. 10th and Jan. 7th (nine meetings total). 

What will I learn? The Biz Method is an online course for those who are great at what they do but feel lost when it comes to the business side of things. Getting your business up and running requires clarity, vision and implementing the right strategies. Without a clear roadmap or guidance, the process can be paralyzing and overwhelming. This course will get you on the right track from the start. It would likely take you years to figure all of this out on your own, I'll get you there by the start of 2023! Scroll down to see what is learned in each module. 

What if I have questions or need additional guidance? You're welcome to ask questions during our live coaching sessions. In addition, I will be available for you via email support anytime during the duration of the course. In addition, you're welcome to share and ask for feedback in our private Biz Method Facebook group. 

How much time will this take? Plan to dedicate a minimum of 3-5 hours per week to the course. If you set aside an hour per day for 3-5 days you'll be golden! Each podcast-style audio download is between 25-40 minutes, listen on a walk, while you're driving or stretching. In addition, you'll have weekly assignments to complete, some will take longer than others and it also depends on your learning style and ability to stay focused. 

What if I don't live in the USA, can I still take the course?
Yes, you can take part in the course no matter where you live. With that said, there are two elements in module 3 that we briefly cover - legal structure and taxes. They are taught using systems and protocol used the USA, while the legal formations and tax  themselves may be different from where you live, often the steps are similar. When it comes to the legal side of things, it's always best to speak with a tax pro and legal advisor when choosing what's right for you. 

I'm not sure if I should commit right now, will this course be available again? While it's likely I'll offer the course again next year keep this in mind - if you don’t start now, having your own business just became that much further away. You'll look back at the start of 2023 and feel so glad you started when you did. There is no such thing as perfect timing. In addition, the price may increase next year. 

Do you offer a guarantee? Yes. I believe in the value of this course and in you! With that said, as the saying goes "you can lead a horse to the water, but you can't make it drink." I will provide you with my expertise, guidance and proven steps but it's up to you to take action and implement. 

If you participate fully in the first two Biz Method modules from the start of the live program, put in the work and no longer feel that The Biz Method is right for you, send an email. I'll ask for your completed action sheets to make sure you gave it a go, and ask what didn’t work for you so I can learn and improve. Once I receive and review your completed coursework, you’ll be notified if your refund request is honored.

The deadline to submit your refund request is Monday, October 3rd, 2022. Any requests after that date will not be honored.

The deadline exists because, if you sign up for the Biz Method, I want you to get started. An enormous amount of human effort and years of knowledge has been put into this program and I want to devote that effort to students who are committed. If you don’t plan on starting right away, make sure this is the right investment for you as the refund period does have a firm deadline.

Module One | Your Mindset - Nothing will work unless you do. As the saying goes most things are 80% mindset and 20% skill, having the right mindset will set you up for success from the beginning.

Module Two |  Clarity - Gain clarity around the who, what, when, where and why of your business. Unsure exactly 'what' business you should start? This module will guide you to clarity. In addition, learn how to start saying 'no' to the things that are eating up your time and energy so you can focus on what matters most to you - starting this biz! 

Module Three |  Down to Biz - Learn about all of the oh important 'businessy' steps to get your biz official and running.
From choosing the right name, your 'elevator pitch', monetizing, pricing, policies, customer service and more. 

Module Four | Branding - Fine tune the stylistic approach when it comes to your brand, learn how to capture a feeling behind what you offer through your brand characteristics.  Get familiar with the steps to take in gaining the know, like and trust factor with your audience. 

Module Five | Your Website - Get your ducks in a row and create a website that resonates with your ideal clients, is authentically you and turns site visitors into clients/customers. 

Module Six |  Marketing + Instagram - Learn how to market without feeling pushy or sleazy. Create an Instagram account that truly adds value and attracts people who vibe with you and your brand. 

Module Seven | Email Marketing + Sales - Learn all about email marketing, how to get it set up and use it as one of the best tools in your business. Learn how to sell through serving rather than pushy 'buy my stuff' tactics. 

Module Eight |  Systems + Scaling - Set up systems in your business that will help you to streamline things and win back your time. Learn when it's time to delegate and steps to making your first hires.
